Scripture Verses on God’s Guidance
7 09 2025There are many verses in scripture about God‘s guidance to his people. Here are a few to remind us of his presence and guidance.
- “It is the LORD who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.” (Deuteronomy 31:8 ESV)[2]
- “He leads the humble in what is right, and teaches the humble his way.” (Psalm 25:9 ESV)[11]
- “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye upon you.” (Psalm 32:8 ESV)[12]
- “The steps of a man are established by the LORD, when he delights in his way.” (Psalm 37:23 ESV)[12]
- “My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth.” (Psalm 121:2 ESV)[11]
- “Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.” (Proverbs 3:5–6 ESV)[11]
